Updated October 2, 2026

What you get

Members press a button and pick a ticket type. Elarix opens a private channel that only they and your support staff can see. When it's closed, Elarix saves an HTML transcript and asks the member to rate the help.

Set it up

  1. Create a category for tickets in Discord (for example Tickets).
  2. Run /ticket setup and pick the category, your support role and a channel for transcripts.
  3. Add the options people choose from: /ticket type add (for example Support, Report, Partnership).
  4. Go to the channel where members should open tickets and run /ticket panel.

Inside a ticket

Staff can bring people in or out with /ticket add and /ticket remove, and close it with /ticket close. /ticket stats shows volume and ratings.
